29er updates = New Thompson Carbon Bar, Flatish Grips, New XT Pedals

I guess we are running out of original parts on this thing. 

Shifters, stem, front derailleur, shock, crankset/bb, seatpost, clamp and saddle are original.

XT Front is On

Had to cut it down 8 inches, and then dragged out the bleed kit and attempted to purge out the air. It is maybe a little better than installed with the original length (and moved - had swapped the cables once already). The lever is smaller, maybe it has a different mechanical advantage?

If there is not a pool of fluid tomorrow AM, Wednesday I might try this one out before attempting
the rear. Need lots of zip ties too.
